3. Your Data

You are solely responsible for the data you process with JSONFORGE, including its lawfulness, sensitivity, accuracy and licensing. As described in our Privacy Policy, your data is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to any server we operate.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JSONFORGE to violate any law, infringe on any third party's rights, or attempt to disrupt the service for other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or maintainers of JSONFORGE be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the tool.
